Corporate culture is the aggregate amount of common convictions and expectations which have been established in the employees' minds by the rules that they have to comply with for their benefit. Those rules were aimed to put empleyees' corporal actions in order for the future of the corporation. Corporate culture that is of a vital importance for embodying today and future of the corporate shows itself in the process of empleyees' accepting and practising them. That the empleyees accept the rules and abide by them materializes through various factors. One of them is motivation that means helping empleyees focus on doing a certain work and reinforcing constantly. Corporate itself carries out a psychological impact on the empleyees thanks to various adequate motivation technics for the purpose of making up a corporate culture.
