Abstract
Son dönem karaciğer
hastalığının en etkin tedavisi karaciğer naklidir. Bu
çalışmanın amacı yaşlı hastalarda yapılan canlı vericili karaciğer nakillerini değerlendirmektir.
Bu çalışma retrospektiftir. Çalışmada Aralık 2014 ile Aralık 2018 tarihleri
arasında canlı vericili karaciğer nakli yapılan 11 yaşlı hasta incelendi. Yaşlı
hasta grubunun mortalite oranları diğer yaş grupları ve literatür ile uyumlu bulundu.
