Abstract
In this study, this study is aim to provide information about the structure and spreads of the industrial companies in Hendek. The working area in the eastern border of the axis between Çatalca and Kocaeli assuming the most important part of the Turkey's industry has developed since 2000. %63 of the industrial business in the settlement of Hendek has been constructed within 8 years. The study also presents some alternatives to take cautions depending on the advantages and disadvantages of the developments in industry in Hendek. For this paper, data have been collected in the area, and the survey works have been done with the owner or the CEO of the company. The survey work includes the question for the difficulties during the company have been established. The survey work done with the company having 20 and more employees covers the plain of the Adapazarı presents more evaluations of the structure of the industry in that region. The survey is wider than the master thesis titled Adapazarı Plains of the Industrial Site Selection with The Effective Factors and Distribution of Industry.
Abstract
Bu çalışmada Hendek ilçesi sınırları dâhilinde yer alan sanayi kuruluşlarının yapısı ve dağılışı hakkında bilgi verilmektedir. Türkiye'nin en önemli sanayi aksı olan Çatalca-Kocaeli Bölümünün doğu sınırında yer alan çalışma sahası büyük oranda 2000 yılından sonra sanayileşmiştir. Hendek ilçesinde faaliyet gösteren sanayi tesislerinin 2/3'ü (%63) son 8 yıl içerisinde kurulmuştur. Çalışma ayrıca Hendek ilçesinde sanayileşmenin artmasıyla birlikte ortaya çıkabilecek durum ve gelişmeler için düzenleyici tedbirler alınması bakımından zemin oluşturacaktır. Bu çalışma ile Hendek'teki mevcut sanayinin özellikleri, potansiyeli, dağılışı ve dağılış düzeni üzerinde etkili olan faktörler ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. 20 ve daha fazla sayıda çalışanı olan sanayi kuruluşlarına uygulanan "Sanayide Yer Seçimi Anketi", Adapazarı Ovasının genelini kapsayan ve sonuçları "Adapazarı Ovası'nda Sanayinin Yer Seçimi Üzerinde Etkili Olan Faktörler ve Sanayinin Dağılımı" isimli yüksek lisans tez çalışmasında ortaya konan genel verilerden ayrı olarak ele alınıp değerlendirilmiştir.
