Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the effects of resveratrol and potassium bromate on the level of cholesterol, lipophylic vitamins and some fatty acids in spleen of old female Wistar rats. In this study Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: 1. Control (C), 2. KBrO3 (K) 3. Resveratrol+KBrO3 (R). In spleen, fatty acid analyses were measured by gas chromatography, cholesterol and lipophylic vitamins analyses were performed by HPLC.
