Abstract
Bu çalışmada sağlıklı konut üretimi, ışık ve renk olgusu ele alınmıştır. Sağlıklı bir konutta, kullanıcının sürekli temasta bulunduğu yüzey ve kaplamanın fiziksel ve kimyasal özellikleri oldukça önemlidir. Ekonomik konut üretimi yaklaşımı mekanın niceliğini olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Sağlıklı konut üretimi için biyoharmolojide ileri sürülen esasların yerine getirilmesi gerekir. Kullanıcısıyla uyumlu, dengeli ve ahenkli olan konutlar sağlıklı konutlardır. Biyoharmolojideki esaslar bireyin çalışma, dinlenme, beslenme ve uyuma gibi temel ihtiyaçları göz önünde bulundurulmuş olup hemen her konutta olması gereken temel özelliklerdir. Bazı konut üreticileri, biyoharmolojideki esaslar bir tarafa, mevcut yönetmelik, mevzuat ve standartlarımızda ileri sürülen hükümlerle bağdaşmayan uygulamaları yapmaya devam etmektedirler. Bu durum Anayasamızın 56. maddesine de aykırıdır.

Abstract
In the present study, production of healthy housing, light and colour facts are discussed and handled. The physical and chemical properties of the surface and the overlay in which the occupants are always contact are highly important. Economic housing approach affects the quantity of locality negatively. Fulfillment of the principles of bioharmology is essential to the production of healthy housing. Healthy housing is domiciles which are harmonious and compatible with occupants. The principles of the bioharmology are the precepts which have to be in every locality and which takes the occupants need of working, rest, nourishment and sleeping into account. Some housing/ locality producers keep on carrying out applications contrary to the norms of present legislations and regulations and they are putting aside the principles of bioharmology, which is in violation of the 56th law of our constitution.
