In the paced and volatile market environment of today, organizations who want to capture the competitive advantage need to be very active because just monitoring the change is insufficient in current conditions; managing change is required as complying the change. Remain in learning at an individual level is a serious problem. The goal of today's organizations, a collective, systematic model of learning. In this study, organizations which have dynamic, systematic and collective behavior of learning with defining "learning organization" concept, the theoretical structure and processes are discussed. In October of 2010, in Isparta, the survey about learning organizations was applied on participants and survey results of the analysis are given.
