Women's participation in salesforce and the increase in their number promoted the variety within the salesforce and enabled the subject of gender to be included among the current issues of sales management. In the sales management literature it is seen that studies related to gender reached mixed results, and this is also true for job satisfaction. In this study, through survey it was expected to ascertain whether the average satisfaction levels of saleswomen and salesmen are equal or not in terms of job satisfaction and its dimensions. Findings revealed that satisfaction levels of saleswomen and salesmen are equal in terms of general job satisfaction and its dimensions and they display similarity.
