Abstract
Legionella, caused by bacteria of "Legionella pneumophilla" and can be fatal type of pneumonia unless treated, has infected thousands of people worldwide each year. These bacteria appeared especially in hospitals and hotels were having extensive sanitary unit. It is infected with water air mixture (aerosol) and transmitted the humans by inhalation cases. In plumping system, the points of bacteria formation should be determined and the necessary precaution should be taken. Thanks to proper design and proper engineering planning so this disease can be prevented.
Abstract
Lejyonella, "Legionella pneumophilla" isimli bakterinin sebep oldu?u ve tedavi edilmedi?i takdirde ölümcül olabilecek bir zatürree türü olup dünyada her yyl binlerce ki?iyi etkilemektedir. Özellikle hastaneler ve oteller gibi kapsamly syhhi tesisat ünitelerine sahip mekanlarda görülen bu bakteri, bula?my? oldu?u suyun hava kary?ymy ile (aerosol) solunmasy durumunda insana bula?yr. Syhhi tesisat sistemlerinde, bu bakterilerin olu?abilece?i noktalaryn tespit edilip gerekli önlemlerin, do?ru tasarym ve uygun mühendislik planlamalaryyla alynmasy durumunda hastaly?yn olu?umu engellenebilmektedir.
