THE PRODUCT COST CALCULATION IN THE PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING USING DELPHI PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE AND DEVELOPING OF A NEW PACKAGE PROGRAM

Abstract

In this study, a new program of calculation in the cost analysis of plastic product, molded using the plastic injection molding technique, has been developed. Delphi programming for the cost program of developing was used. In the program, the information input data for the factors in affect the cost of a number plastic product such as several of plastic materials, the additives of plastic materials and the geometric properties of producing plastic product was formed. The program in order to the cost of a number plastic product of producing with injection molding technique was calculated according to the selected value from the information input data. Depend on this information of obtained, the estimate cost of plastic product, analyzing the cost of raw plastic materials, amortize depends on mold costs, socket costs, processing and labor costs, are calculated. To check the validity of the program was founded in an estimate approach to cost the examples of elements to blow air in vehicle. The values obtained from the program were cooperated by real values for the checked the program's validity. Depending on this data between the actual value with the developed package program is appeared to be as approximately 9,7 % as a difference.

Abstract

Bu çaly?mada, plastik enjeksiyon kalyplama tekniklerini kullanarak kalyplanan plastik ürünlerin maliyet analizini hesaplayan yeni bir program geli?tirilmi?tir. Geli?tirilen maliyet programy için Delphi programlama dili kullanylmy?tyr. Programda; plastik malzeme çe?itleri, plastik malzemelerde kullanylan katky maddeleri ve üretimi yapylacak plastik ürünün geometrik özellikleri gibi bir adet plastik ürünün maliyetini etkileyecek parametreler için veri bilgi giri?leri olu?turulmu?tur. Program, enjeksiyon kalyplama teknikleri ile üretilen bir adet plastik ürünün maliyeti için veri bilgi giri?inden seçilen de?erlere göre hesaplama yapmaktadyr. Elde edilen bilgilere ba?ly olarak ham plastik malzeme maliyeti, kalyp maliyetine ba?ly amortisman gideri, soket giderleri, i?leme ve i?çilik giderleri analiz edilerek plastik ürünün tahmini maliyeti hesaplanmaktadyr. Programyn geçerlili?ini kontrol etmek için araçlardaki hava üfleme elemany örne?i seçilmi?tir. Programdan elde edilen de?erler gerçek de?erlerle kar?yla?tyrylarak programyn geçerlili?i kontrol edilmi?tir. Bu verilere ba?ly olarak geli?tirilen paket program ile gerçek de?erler arasynda yakla?yk %9,7 kadar bir fark oldu?u görülmü?tür.
