In this study the main aims are to determine the reading history and reading habits of construction technician students, students who do not have the habit of possibilities for the creation of these habits, developing reading habits in a plan, method and discipline. For these aims a reading application has done, two different questionaire practises have made bafore and after the application. Finally the gains after application evaluated.
