Abstract

32 yaşında erkek hasta, öksürük, hırıltı, nefes darlığı şikayetleri ile başvurdu. 10 yıldır kaynakçılık yapmakta idi. Fizik
muayenesinde bilateral tüm zonlarda ekspiratuvar ronküsleri dışında patoloji saptanmadı. Akciğer grafisi ve tomografisinde
noduler infiltrasyon saptandı. Mesleki öyküsü ve grafi bulguları ile kaynakçı akciğeri tanısı konan olgumuz demostratif
olması nedeni ile sunulmuştur

32 year old male patient, was admitted with complaints of cough, wheezing, shortness of breath.He was a welder for 10
years. Physical examination was normal except bilateral expiratory rhonchi in all zones. Chest radiograph and computed
