FDG-PET/BT Görüntülemede Saptanan Metastatik Malign Schwannom: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Malign schwannomlar periferik sinir kılıfından köken alan nadir tümörlerdir. Sol uylukta ağrı ve güçsüzlük şikayetiyle hastaneye başvuran 28 yaşındaki erkek hastaya yapılan bilgisayarlı tomografi (BT)’de ve Flor 18-florodeoksiglukoz-pozitron emisyon tomografi/Bilgisayarlı tomografi (FDG-PET/BT)’de sol uylukta siyatik sinir trasesinde femuru çevreleyen ve kas dokuya invaze kitle lezyonu izlendi. Ayrıca, sol inguinal lenf nodlarında ve her iki akciğerde multipl hipermetabolik lezyonlar izlendi. Kitle eksizyonunun patoloji sonucu malign schwannom ile uyumlu olarak geldi. Schwannomaların standart uptake value (SUV) değerleri oldukça değişken olup benign malign lezyonlar benzer SUV değerlerine sahip olabilmektedir. Sonuç olarak FDGPET/BT’nin malign schwannom tanısı konmuş hastaların evrelemesinde faydalı olacağını düşünmekteyiz
