Abstract

Kolonun sık görülen benign mezenkimal tümörü olmakla birlikte, lipomlar gastrointestinal sistemde oldukça nadirdir. Genellikle asemptomatiktir ve kolonoskopi ya da cerrahi işlem sırasında insidental olarak saptanır. Büyük boyutta olan olgular abdominal ağrı, diyare, kabızlık, rektal kanama ve intussepsiyona sebep olabilir. Transvers kolonda lokalize yaklaşık 7 cm çapında polipoid lezyon saptanan ve submukozal lipom tanısı alan olgumuz, nadir görülmesi nedeniyle literatür bilgileri ışığında sunulmuştur
