Abstract

Stres kırığı kemiğin lokal bir bölgesinde tam kırık oluşturacak güçten daha az ancak artan ve tekrarlayan streslerle meydana gelen bir kırık türüdür. Sıklıkla sporcularda, askeri personellerde ve tekrarlayıcı ağır egzersiz yapan kişilerde görülür. Femur boynu, tibia ve metatars sık görüldüğü lokalizasyonlardır. Yazımızda yaklaşık 3 hafta plates ve aerobik egzersizi yapan 28 yaşında bayan hastada oluşan bilateral tibia plato stres kırığı nadir görülmesi nedeniyle sunulmuştur
