Nasal polyps are benign degeneration of nasal and sinus mucosa with a prevalence of about 4% in the adult population. Unusual
locations of origin such as the ethmoid sinus, sphenoid sinus, nasal septum, inferior turbinate and middle turbinate have been reported
in the literature. Although nasal polyps are rarely isolated in the middle turbinate can be welded with the goal of this study have
prepared. A 48 year old female patient, who is 10 years unable to breathe comfortably through the nose, snoring and frequent
headaches was admitted to our hospital. Anterior rhinoscopy; right nasal cavity, septum between the middle turbinate of 3 x 2 cm in
size, smooth, gray, pale in color, soft hepatic mass was detected. Polypectomy with endoscopic sinus surgery and septoplasty was
performed. Following treatment, the patient is monitored for 8 months without complaints.
