KİLİT FABRİKASI İÇİN AHP YÖNTEMİ İLE MODÜL TABANLI ERP (Kurumsal Kaynak Planlama) YAZILIMI SEÇİMİ

Abstract

Kurumsal kaynak planlaması günümüz dünyasında şirketlerin çalışma dünyasında önemli yeri olan bir sistemdir. Giderek daha fazla şirket ve sektör ERP( Kurumsal Kaynak Planlama) yazılımlarına yönelmektedirler. Faaliyetleri orkestra uyumunda koordine etmesi beklenen ERP yazılımları şirket içi verimliliğin artışına ve şirketin piyasa rekabetinde ön saflarda yer almasına katkıda bulunabilir. Ancak pahalı bir yatırım olan ERP yazılım seçimi dikkatle yapılmalıdır. Çok kriterli karar verme teknikleri doğru karara ulaşmakta yardımcı olurlar. Bu çalışmada en uygun ERP yazılım seçiminde en popüler çok kriterli karar verme tekniklerinden olan AHP kullanılacaktır.

Abstract

Enterprise resource planning is a critical success potential system in our age for the companies. More and more companies and sectors are turning to Enterprise resource planning software. ERP software, which can manage activities in orchestral harmony, will contribute greatly to increasing their efficiency and being ahead of the competition.ERP Software selection,as an expensive investment,requires careful decision for the companies So multi criteria decision making methods can provide good base for satisfactory decisions.In this study ,AHP( Analytic Hierarchy Process ) one of the most popular multi criteria technique will be used to select the most suitable ERP software for the company.
