Travmatik Total Sağ Ana Bronş Rüptürü(Olgu Sunumu)

Abstract

Traumatic Total Rupture of the Right Main Bronchus (Case Report) In traumatic patients who underwent tube thoracostomy because of pneumothorax massive air leak priorly suggests bronchial rupture. The patient who has transported with massive air leak reason, thought in initial diagnosis it's bronchial rupture and had certain diagnosis with surgical exploration. To emphasize the importance of clinical evaluation in urgent tra um atic patients, we present a patient with a right main bronchial rupture who underwent emergency thoracotomy. Pnömotoraks nedeni ile göğüs tüpü uygulanan travmalı hastalarda masif hava kaçağı halinde bronş rüptürü öncelikle düşünülmelidir. Masif hava kaçağı nedeni ile hastanemize sevk edilen hastaya, ön tanıda bronş rüptürü düşünülerek yapılan cerrahi eksplorasyonla kesin tanı konuldu. Acil travmalı hastalarda klinik değerlendirmenin önemini vurgulamak amacıyla, sağ ana bronş rüptürü olan ve acil torakotomi ile tedavi edilen hasta rapor edildi
