Samsun ve Çevresinde 2000-2005 Yılları Arasında Amniyosentez Sitogenetik Analiz

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Samsun ve çevresinde 2000-2005 yılları arasında amniyosentez endikasyon-ları ve endikasyon tespit edilen gebe kadınlardaki sitogenetik analiz sonuçlarının sunulması amaçlanmıştır. Amniyosentez endikasyonu olan, biyokimyasal risk yüksekliği (>1/250), ileri anne yaşı (>35 yaş), aile öyküsünde genetik hastalık, anormal ultrasonografi bulguları ve bunların kombinasyonları nedeniyle gelen 530 gebe kadından, gebeliğin 16-20. haftaları arasında alınan amniyon sıvısı örnekleri konvansiyonel sitogenetik yöntemler ile analiz edildi. Yaş ortalaması 34,6 yıl olan 530 annenin amniyon sıvısından yapılan kromozom analizinde %2.7 oranında kromozom anomalisi gözlenmiştir. Kromozom anomalilerinden %0.9'unda klasik trizomi 21, %0.2'sinde mozaik, %0.8'inde dengeli translokasyon ve %0.8'inde de peri-sentrik inversiyon saptanmıştır. In this study 530 pregnancies were investigated. Each patient had one of the amniocentesis indications such as high biochemical risk (>1/250), mother age (>35), genetic disease in the family history, abnormal ultrasonography findings, and combination of indications given above. Amnion samples were analyzed with conventional cytogenetic methods in weeks 16-20 of conceptions. Average age of mothers in the study was 34.6 years old. Amnion samples chromosome analyses, showed 2.7% anomalies. These are 0.9% classic trisomy 21, 0.2% mosaic, 0.8% balanced translocations, and 0.8% pericentric inversions.
