Abstract

Aktinomikozis yoğun fibröz dokunun varlığı ile karakterize kronik bir enfeksiyondur, tanısı genellikle zordur. Burada, laparotomi ve cerrahi sipesimenin incelenmesi ile tanı almış ve Ureter obstrüksiyonuna neden olmuş bir vaka sunulmaktadır Ureteric Obstruction Due to Pelvic Actinomycosis Actinomycosis is a chronic infection characterised by the presence of dense fibrous tissue, and the diagnosis is usually difficult. Here we present a case with pelvic actinomycosis and ureteral obstruction, which was diagnosed by laparotomy. Key words: Actinomycosis, intrauterin device, ureteric obstruction
