Memede Karsinosarkom Olgusu

Abstract

Carcinoma of The Breast Carcinosarcoma of the breast represents less than 1% of primary mammary malignancies. This tumor is defined histologically by both malignant connective tissue (sarcoma) and malignant epithelial component (carcinoma). Clinically, the majority of»the patients with mammary carcinosarcoma present with breast swelling or a palpabl mass, and the exact histologic diagnosis can not be made preoperatively by radiologic methods. But this diagnosis may be suggested with mammographie findings of cloudy calcification assosiated with an asymétrie dens mass. In this case, mammographie, ultrasonographic, clinical and histological features of this rare carcinosarcoma, which is infrequent than other breast sarcomas such as malignant fibrous histiocytoma, liposarcoma and fibrosarcoma are discussed with a review of the literature. Ancak saçılmış tarzda bulutsu kalsifikasyon içeren düzensiz sınırlı asimetrik dens kitle görünümüyle bu tanı düşünülebilir. Bu vakada, malign fibroz histiyostom, Iiposarkom ve fibrosarkom gibi diğer nadir meme sarkomlarından daha seyrek olan karsinosarkomun radyolojik, patolojik ve klinik özellikleri literatür bilgileri eşliğinde tartışılmaktadır.
