Abstract

Drug-Induced Hepatic Vascular Manifestations There are a huge number of drugs and other chemicals that can produce hepatic injury. The injury may involve mainly hepatocytes, bile flow or vascular structures. A wide variety of vascular abnormalities of the liver can occur as a result of drug therapy. The diverse morphologic lesions produced by medications include sinusoidal dilatation, peliosis hepatis, vasculitis, hepatic venous outflow obstruction, veno-occlusive disease, hepatoportal sclerosis, angiosarcoma and nodular regenerative hyperplasia. Bir çok sayıda ilaç ve kimyasal madde karaciğer hasan yapabilir. Bu hasar çoğunlukla hepatosit, safra akımı ya da vasküler yapılar üzerinedir. İlaç tedavisi sonucu oluşan hepatik vasküler anormalikler geniş bir spektrum gösterir. Bu hepatik vasküler anormallikler; sinusoidal dilatasyon, peliosis hepatis, vaskület, hepatik venöz obstrüksiyon, veno-oklüziv hastalık, hepatoportal sklerosis, angiosarkom ve nodüler rejeneratif hi-perplazidir.
