Sistemik Hypertansiyon’da Sol Ventrikül Diyastolik Fonksiyonları

Abstract

The left ventricular diastolic function in the cases of systemic hypertension ✓In this study the left ventricular diastolic functions (LVDF) of the 50 cases with systemic hy¬pertension were ewaluated by means of pulsed Doppler echocardiography. Our findings were compared with the findings of die 20 cases in the control group. When the control group and the patient group were compared with each other for the Doppler parameters, early peak fill¬ing rate (E) , Late peak filling rate (A), the ratio of E/A, deceleration half time (DHT), decelera¬tion rate (DR), it was found significant differences for the parameters of A, E/A, DHT and DR (p<0.01, p<0.001, p<0.001, p<0.001) The thickness of interventricular septum (IVS) and posterior wall (PW) were increased in the patients group comparing with the control group. (p<0.001, p<001). As a result, it has been shown that LV diastolic functions have been distrubed significantly in the patients with moder ate and grave systemic hypertension. ✓ Bu çalışmada, Sistemik Hipertansiyonlu 50 olgunun sol ventrikül diyastolik fonksiyonu (LVDF) "pulsed" Doppler Ekokardiyografi ile değerlendirildi. Bulduğumuz değerler 20 kontrol grubu değerleri ile karşılaştırıldı. Kontrol grubu ve hasta grubu erken zirve doluş hızı (E), geç zirve doluş hızı (A), E/A oranı, deselerasyon yan zamanı (DHT), deselerasyon hızı (DR) gibi Doppler parametreleri ile karşılaştırıldıklarında sırasıyla A, E/A, DHT ve DR parametrele¬rinde anlamlı farklılıkl bulundu. (p<0.01, p<0.001. p<0.001, p<0.001) Kontrol grubuna kıyasla hasta grubunda interventriküler septum (IVS) ve posteriyor duvar kalınlıklannın (PW) artmış olduğu bulundu. (p<0.001, p<001). Sonuç olarak çalışmamız orta ve ağır derecelerde sistemik hypertansiyon LV diyastolik fonk¬siyonlarının önemli şekilde bozulduğu göstermiştir.
