Homoseksüel Ve Transeksüellerde Herpes Simplex Virüs (HSV) -1 IgG Antikorlarının ELISA İle Araştırılması
Abstract
. (Detection of Herpes simplex virus (HSV)-l IgM Antibodies with ELISA in transsexuals and homosexuals)
✓ In our study, we have investigated HSV-1 Ig M with ELISA in homosexuals and transsexuals. In 3 of 15 homosexual cases positivity was accepted the sign of active HSV-1 infection. As a result, homosexuals and transsexuals were concluded as a risk group for HSV-1 infection.
✓ Bu çalışmamızda transscksüel ve homoseksüel 27 olguda ELISA ile HSV-1 IgM araştırılmıştır. Homoseksüel 15 olgudan 3'ünde ve transscksüel 12 olgudan 3'ünde olmak üzere 6 olguda HSV-1 IgM pozitif bulunmuştur. Bu seropozitivite aktif HSV-1 infeksiyonunun göstergesi olarak kabul edilmiş ve homoseksüel ve transseksüellerin önemli bir HSV-1 risk grubunu oluşturduğu kanaatine varılmıştır
