Stoma Tipleri Ve Sorunları

Abstract

Stoma is a surgical procedure in which Üıe hollow viscus is anastomosed to the skin. They are classified according to Üıe organ and the site, and can be permanent or temporary. Stomas have some complications including skin irritation, retraction, prolapse, and parastomal hernia. Patients' training and long-term care by experienced stoma therapists decrease the rate of complications and unpleasant side-effects of the. stoma. In this review the stomas, Üıeir complications, and details of care of botib the stoma and the stoma patient have been described. Stoma; içi boş organların cerrahi bir müdahale ile vücut dışına ağızlaştınlmasıdır. Stomalar açıldıkları yere ve organa göre adlandırılır, geçici ve kalıcı olmak üzere iki grupta incelenebilir. Stomaların deri irritasyonu, retraksiyon, prolapsus ve parasternal herni gibi bazı komplikasyonları vardır. Deneyimli stoma uzmanlarınca verilen hasta eğitimi ve stoma bakımı ile komplikasyon ve istenmeyen yan etkilerin oranı azaltılabilmektedir. Bu derlemede stoma tipleri ve sorunlan ile stomanm ve stomalı hastanın bakımıyla ilgili özellikler anlatılmıştır
