Fetal Pulmoner Matürityi Saptamada Tap Testinin Değeri

Abstract

THE RELIABILITY OF THE TAP TEST AT THE PREDICTION OF FETAL PULMONARY MATURITY ✓ It has been reported that the tap test is reliable and a rapid indicator of fetal pulmonary ma¬turity. In this study, we investigated the reliability of the tap test to determine fetal pulmonary maturity in term and preterm deliveries. We found out that the tap test was a reliabl test with a sensitivity of 75%, specificity of 100 %, positive predictive value of 100% and a negative predicti¬ve value of 82% in preterm deliveries. In term deliveries, the test had sensitivity of 92%, specifi¬city of 100%, positive predictive value of 100% and negative predictive value of 17% . We conc¬luded that the tap test could be routinely used as a rapid indicator of fetal pulmonary maturity. Tap testinin fetal pulmoner maturité tayininde güvenilir ve hızlı bir test olduğu rapor edil-miştir. Çalışmamızda, matür ve prematür doğumlarda, tap testinin pulmoner maturité tayinindeki güvenirliliğini araştırdık. Prematür doğumlarda nRDS yi saptamada, metodunsensitivitesini % 75, spesifisitesini % 100, pozitif prediktif değerini % 100, negatif prediktif değerini % 82 olarak bulduk. Matür doğumlarda testin sensitivitesi % 92,spesifisitesi % 100, pozitif prediktif değeri % 100, negatif prediktif değeri % 17 idi.Tap testinin fetal pulmoner maturité tayini için rutin olarak kullanılabilecek bir test olduğu sonucuna vardık.
