Abstract
In this study, anaesthesia procedures were examined in 33956 patients with the epide-miological properties of anaesthesia and surgery at department of Anesthesiology of the Medicine Faculty of 19 Mayıs University, between the years 1978 and 1993. It's applied general anaesthesia %91, regional anaesthesia %7.9, light general anaesthesia+regional anaesthesia %1 and sedation %0.1 of the cases. In conclusion, it was observed that gene-ral anaesthesia was the most administrated procedure. Key words: Anaesthesia procedures, retrospective results.
Bu çalışmada Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Anabilim Dah'nın kurulduğu 1978 yılından 1993 yılına kadar 33956 olguya uygulanan anestezi yöntemleri, anestezi ve cerrahiye ait epidemiyolojik özellikler gözönüne alınarak retrospektif olarak incelendi. %91 oranla genel anestezinin, %7.9 oranla bölgesel anestezinin, %1 oranla yüzeyel genel anes-tezi+bölgesel anestezinin ve %0.1 oranla sedasyon uygulandığı saptadı. Sonuçta; anestezi yöntemlerinden en çok genel anestezinin uygulandığı görüldü.
