Arcus Aortae’dan Çıkan Bir A.Vertebralis Sinistra Olgusu

Abstract

A case report: Left vertebral artery originating from aortic arch
|/ Although the aorüc arch gives rise normally three branches, we found a case of an aortic arch with four primary branches in a cadaver of 65 year-old male who was dissected du¬ring a gross anatomy course in the anatomy department at the Ondokuz Mayıs Universi¬ty. From the right to left these branches are the branchiocephalic trunk and left common carotid, left vertebral, and left subclavian arteries originated from the convexity of the aor¬tic arch. The left vertebral artery arose from the aortic arch as a branch between the left common carotid and left subchavian arteries. The left vertebral artery was longer than the right vertebral artery but had the same course. In the same cadaver another variation wasn't seen.




Arcus aortae normal olarak üç ana dala orijin vermesine rağmen anatomi laboratu-varımızdaki diseksiyon çalışmaları sırasında 65 yaşındaki bir erkek kadavrasında dört ana dala orijin verdiği görüldü. Arcus aortae'dan çıkan bu dört dal sağdan sola dorğu şöyleydi: truncus brachiocephalicus, a.carotis communis sinistra, a.vertebralis sinistra ve a.subclavia sinistra. A.vertebralis sinistra a.subclavia sinistra'dan çıkması gerekirken, a.carotis communis sinistra ve a.subclavia sinistra arasında olarak direkt arcus aor¬tae'dan çıkmaktaydı. A.vertebralis sinistra, a.vertebralis dextra'dan daha uzundu fakat boyundaki seyirlerinde bir farklılık yoktu. Ayrıca aynı kadavrada başka bir varyasyona da rastlanılmadı.
