Abstract
The chronic Fatigue Syndrome is a heterogeneus disorder characterized by fatigue, neu-ropsychiatrie symptoms various somatic complaints. Although it has been known since 18 tli century, its ethiopathogenesis is not clear, spesific laboratory tests are not available and a definitive treatment model is not determined yet. In this review, chronic fatigue syndrome is discussed by the aspects of clinical signs, diagnosis and treatment methods.
Kronik Yorgunluk Sendromu, yorgunluk, nöropsikiyatrik semptomlar ve çeşitli somatik yakınmalarla karakterize heterojen bir hastalıktır. Onsekizinci yüzyıldan beri bilinmesine karşın henüz etiyopatogenezi karanlıktır, özgül laboratuvar testleri yoktur ve kesin bir te¬davi modeli belirlenmemiştir. Bu derlemede Kronik Yorgunluk Sendromu klinik bulguları, tanı ve tedavi yöntemleri açısından tartışılmıştır.
