Fokal Kortikal Displazinin Eşlik Ettiği İntraparenkimal Nöroepitelyal Kist: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Nöroepitelyal kistler nadir görülen ve içerikleri homojen sıvı yoğunluğunda, beyin-omurilik sıvısına (BOS) benzeyen kistlerdir. Kistlerin çoğu asemptomatiktir ancak, bazen kitle etkisi ile epileptik nöbetler ya da hareket bozuklukları ile ortaya çıkabilirler. Genellikle tek başına görülmelerine rağmen, nadiren diğer konjenital anomaliler ile birlikte olabilirler. Bu yazıda, epileptik nöbet etyolojisi araştırılan bir hastada, intraparenkimal nöroepitelyal kist ve eşlik eden fokal kortikal displazinin manyetik rezonans görüntüleme (MRG) bulguları sunulmaktadır. Most cysts are asymptomatic, but, some present with seizures or movement disorders in consequence of the mass effect. Although neuroepithelial cysts are generally observed solely, they may occasionally be associated with the other congenital abnormalities. In this article, MRI findings of intraparenchymal neuroepithelial cyst with focal cortical displasia is represented in a patient who was evaluated for the etiology of epileptic seizure.
