Kronik Tüberküloz Otitis Medialı Vakada Postoperatif Spontan Zar İyileşmesi: Olgu Sunumu‡

Abstract

Tüberküloz gelişmekte olan ülkelerde önemli bir sağlık problemi olmaya devam etmektedir. Mikobakterium tüberkülozise bağlı orta kulak ve mastoid hücrelerin kronik süpüratif enfeksiyonu oldukça az görülür bir durumdur. Standart tedaviye yanıt vermeyen kronik süpüratif otit olgularında orta kulak tüberkülozunu akılda tutmak gerekir Erken tanı konulursa tüberküloz otitis media medikal tedaviyle kolayca kontrol altına alınabilir. Biz bu çalışmada nadir görülen bir orta kulak tüberküloz vakasını ve tedavi sonrası ilginç iyileşme sürecini sunmayı amaçladık. Chronic suppurative infection of middle ear and mastoid air cells is not seen as a frequent feature. İn the case of chronic suppurative otitis resistant to standard treatment, middle ear tuberculosis must be kept in mind. Tuberculosis otitis media can be controlled easily if early diagnosis is made. The aim of this study is to present a rarely seen middle ear tuberculosis case and interesting recovery process after treatment. Key words: Tuberculosis, chronic otitis media, surgical treatment
