Laringeal Amiloidozis: Bir Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Amiloidozis eozinofilik, fibriler yapıdaki anormal bir proteinin değişik nedenlerle bazı doku ve organlarda intersellüler depolanmasıdır. Sistemik veya lokalize, primer veya sekonder olabilir. Amiloidozis larenkste nadir görülür. Solunum sıkıntısı nedeniyle başvuran ve biopsi ile larengeal amiloidozis tanısı alan hastaya laringofissür yöntemiyle kitle eksizyonu yapıldı. Olgu literatür ışığında tartışıldı. Anahtar kelimeler: Larinks, amiloidozis, lokal A Case of Laryngeal Amyloidosis Amyloidosis is accumulation of an abnormal protein with eosinophilic fibrillary structure in the intercellular space of different tissues and organs because of different causes. It may be systemic or localized, primary or secondary. Amyloidosis is rarely seen in the larynx. A patient with respiratory distress who was diagnosed as laryngeal amyloidosis with biopsy, underwent excision of mass with laryngofissure technique. This case is presented with literature review.
