Abstract

We presented a 20 day old baby with features of DiGeorgo syndrome, characterized by thymic aplasia, bronchopneumonia, oral moniliasis and Ventricular septal defect. We did seevral biochemical and immunolojical studies regarding this disorder and also reviwed the literature.

20 günlük timik aplazi, bronkopnömoni, oral moniliasis tesbit edilen, düşük oranda E rozet yapan ve lenfosit sayısı düşük bulunan, ayrıca, ventriküler septal detekt olduğu düşünülen DiGeorge sendromlu bir hasta sunuldu. Olanaklarımız ölçüsünde biyokimyasal ve immünolojik çalışmalar yapılarak bu konudaki literatür gözden geçirildi
