Renal Ven Leiomyomu

Abstract

Leiomyomlar benign mezankimal tümörlerdir ve böbrekte nadiren bulunurlar. Bu tümörler genellikle küçüktür asemptomatiktir ve sıklıkla tesadüfen saptanır. Semptomatik büyük tümörler nadirdir. Bu yazıda sol yan ağrısı bulunan ve sol böbrek hilusunda kitle saptanan 52 yaşında olgumuzu sunuyoruz. Leiomyoma of the renal vein Leiomyomas are benign mesenchymal tumors that rarely occur in the kidney. These tumors are usually small asymptomatic and often detected incidentally. Symptomatic large tumors are very rare. In this paper, we present a 52-year-old man who had left flank pain and detected a mass in the left kidney hilus.
