Abstract
SUMMARY
ADENOCARCINOMA OF THE SMALL BOWEL AS A COMPLICATION OF CROHN'S DISEASE
A case of adenocarcinoma of the ileum, occuring in an area concomitantly the site of Crohn's disease, is described. Examination of the literature suggest that there are certain characteristics of the small bowe11 carcinoma which axises in Crohn's disease. The finding that these tumours have certain characteristics is taken as evidence that carcinoma is a complication of Crohn's disease of the small bowell.
ÖZET
Bu yazımızda Crohn's hastalığı ile birlikte ileal adenokarsinom saptadığımız bir olgu sunulmuştur. Literatürü de incelediğimizde, Crohn's hastalığında ortaya çıkan ince bağırsak karsinomlarının kendilerine has özellikler taşıdığı ve Crohn's hastalığının bir komplikasyonu olarak geliştikleri kanaatine varılmıştır.
