Abstract
SUMMARY
FETAL DEATH AND MATERNAL HEMATOLOGIC CHANGES
In this study, twin pregnancy in whom one of the fetuses was found dead in the 28 th week of the pregnancy was presented. Pregnancy was followed until the 36 th week. No complications were seen on the mother and on the living fetus. After delivery, it was found that the placenta was monochorionic and there were vascular anastomoses between placental parts of the fetuses. Relevant literature was reviewed.
ÖZET
Bu çalışmada gebeliğin 28. haftasında fetüslerden birinin ölü olduğu saptanan, gebeliğin 36. haftasına kadar takibedilerı, gebede ve yaşayan fetüste komplikasyon görülmeyen, monokoryal plasentalı fetüslerin plasental kısımları arasında vasküler anastomozlar bulunan bir ikiz gebelik olgusu sunuldu. İlgili literatür incelendi.
