✓ A 26 year old man was admitted to hospital because of chest pain after a football-match. Acute anteroseptal myocardial infarction pattern was seen on his electrocardiogram taken. Ten days later coronary angiography was made with Judkins technique.

The patient had smoked cigarattes 1/2 pack a day since 4 years earlier. There was no other risk factor.
In this paper a young sportsman of acute myocardial infarction with near normal coronary angiography was presented and discussed the causes of existence of myocardial infarction in such a young age. Additionally it was compared with literature findings on the same subject.
