Abstract
There are many pathology related mandibular condyl. The preauricular, endaural, pos-tauricular and submandibular incision are used for treatment of these pathology. Nine patients with condylar pathology have been treated by preauricular and submandi¬bular incision between 1992-1995.
During the follow up period (6-20 months) we have seen disfunction of the frontal branch of facial nerve in one patient and malocclusion in the other one. The functional and cos¬metic results were excellent in the other patients.
Mandibular kondille ilgili birçok patoloji vardır. Bu patolojilere preauriküler, endaural, pos-tauriküler ve submandibular insizyonlarla yaklaşılır.
1992-1995 yıllan arasında dokuz kondiler patolojili olgu preaurikular ve submandibular giriş yoluyla tedavi edilmiştir.
6-20 aylık takip süresinde bir hastada fasiyal sinirin frontal dalında disfonksiyon, diğer bir hastada maloklüzyon gözlendi. Diğer hastalarda fonksiyonel ve kozmetik olarak iyi sonuç alındı.
