Abstract
The Treatment of Tuberculosis
|/ The frequency of infection with M. tuberculosis resistant to antitubercuJous drugs is inc¬reasing globally and in our county. This increases have altered recommendations for stan¬dart therapeutic regimens for tuberculosis. Standart treatment of tuberculosis includes isoniasid (H), rifampin (R) and pyrazinamide (Z), but at least one of the drug such as et-hambutol (E) or streptomycin(S) should be added to the treatment.
Antitöberküloz ilaçlara dirençli mikobakterilerle oluşan enfeksiyonlar dünyada ve ülkemizde artmaktadır. Bu durum standart tedavi rejimlerinde değişiklikler yapılmasına neden olmuştur, lsoinazid (H), rifampisin (R) ve pirazinamidden (Z) oluşan standart teda¬viye en az etambutol (E) veya streptomisinden (S) biri eklenmelidir.
