Laparoscopic Adrenalectomy in Primary Aldosteronism: Case Report
Primary hyperaldosteronism secondary to a left adrenal adenoma was diagnosed in a 59 year old woman. She underwent laparoscopic adrenalectomy by lateral transabdominal approach. MR, norcholesterol scintigraphy and selective venous sampling were successful in localizing the adenoma. As new instruments and techniques are developed, laparoscopic adrenalectomy with its present advantages, may become the gold standard in adrenal surgery.
Sol adrenal adenoma sekonder primer hiperaldosteronizm (Conn Syndrome) tesbit edilen 59 yaşındaki kadın hastaya lateral transabdominal yaklaşımla laparoskopik ad-renalektomi yapılmıştır. Lokallzasyon çalışmasında MR, norkolesterol sintigrafisi ve selektif venöz örnekleme başarılı olmuştur. Yeni malzeme ve teknikler geliştiğinde la-paroskopik adrenalektomi, mevcut avantajlannın da katkısıyla, açık cerrahi girişimin yerini alabilir.
