Today, all humanity is moving with increasing speed towards being a global information society by following and experiencing social, cultural, economical, scientific and technological advancements. Implementation of health informatics provides disposal of manpower, short hospitalization durations, time saving by its effect on work process, reduction in failures and abolition of unnecessary processes. It is accepted that health is a fundamental human right and humans possess equal rights to receive equal, attainable, cost-free and qualified health care to remain healthy, to improve their health, and to regain health when they fall ill. Today, common standards are required providing the opportunity to share health information in case of necessity, as well as audit and inspection systems to maintain information secrecy. It is compulsory for nurses who constitute a major group among health care providing groups to improve their global view of health everyday. Solutions should be produced being aware of health problems brought about by globalization. Education looms large to act an important role in the struggle for ethics, one of the essential components of global health issue and to achieve all these qualities. Thence, this article aims to enlighten the reflections of globalization and health informatics on health care ethics.
