Abstract
Lomber disk hernisi, bel ağrısı ve radiküler ağrının yaygın bir nedenidir. Hastaların çoğu konservatif tedaviden fayda görür ve günlük yaşantısına dönebilir. Görüntüleme yöntemlerindeki gelişmeler ve kullanım sıklığının artması nedeniyle, herniye diskin gerilediği literatürde bildirilmiştir. Fakat hangi özellikteki disklerin ve ne kadar süre içerisinde gerilediği hakkında kesin elde edilmiş bulgular yoktur. Dört ay gibi bir sürede sekestre disk hernisinin regrese olması nedeniyle olgumuzu literatürler eşliğinde sunmayı uygun bulduk.
