İnsan Sermayesi, Yenilikçi Davranış ve Örgütsel Performans Arasındaki Etkileşim: Sektörel Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Küresel rekabetin giderek arttığı günümüzde işletmeler, rakiplerine karşı rekabetçi avantaj kazanmak için sahip oldukları maddi kaynakların yanına maddi olmayan kaynakları da katmaya çalışırlar. Maddi olmayan kaynakların başında gelen insan sermayesi birikimi, örgütlerin yenilikçi iş davranışları geliştirmesinde ve sürdürülebilir performanslar gerçekleştirmesinde önemli rol oynamaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı örgütlerin bünyelerinde bulundurdukları entelektüel sermaye unsurlarında insan sermayesi ile yenilikçi davranışın ayrı ayrı ve birlikte örgütsel performans üzerinde etkisinin olup olmadığını araştırmaktır. Araştırmanın verileri, mobilya sektöründe Artvin ve Erzurum’da faaliyet gösteren firmaların 111 çalışanından anket yoluyla toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler, SPSS 25 istatistik programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada, Yenilikçi davranışın örgütsel performans üzerinde olumlu ve anlamlı bir etkisinin olduğunu fakat insan sermayesinin örgütsel performans üzerinden anlamlı bir etkisinin olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Interaction Between Human Capital, Innovative Behavior and Organizational Performance: A Sectoral Research

Abstract

In today's world where global competition is increasing, businesses try to add intangible resources to their tangible resources in order to gain competitive advantage against their competitors. Human capital accumulation, which is one of the intangible resources, plays an important role in providing innovative business behaviours and sustainable performance in organizations. The aim of the study is to investigate whether human capital and innovative behavior in the elements of organizations have an effect on organizational performance, separately and together. The data of the research were collected through questionnaires from 111 employees of companies operating in the furniture sector in Artvin and Erzurum. The data were analysed using the SPSS 25 statistical program. In the study, it was concluded that innovative behavior has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, however, human capital hasn’t a significant effect on organizational performance.
