HİZMETKAR LİDERLİK VE MOTİVASYON TEMALARI ÜZERİNE VOSVİEWER İLE BİBLİYOMETRİK BİR ANALİZ

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı hizmetkar liderlik ve motivasyon ile ilgili çalışmaların sayısını, hangi akademik tür olduklarını, hangi akademisyenlerin çalışma yaptıklarını, hangi araştırma alanlarında yapıldığını, hangi ülke ve üniversitelerde konu edildiğini tespit etmektir. Çalışmanın amacına ulaşabilmek için Web of Science veri tabanı kullanılarak bibliyometrik bir analiz yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda toplamda 268 çalışma bulunmuş bunların 236’sı makale türü olup en çok araştırma türü olarak dikkat çekmektedir. En çok 2022 yılında yapılan çalışmalarda bu iki kavramı en çok 56 çalışma ile ABD’deki üniversiteler gerçekleştirmiş ve 8 çalışma ile Avusturalya’da bulunan Monash Üniversitesi literatüre katkı sağlamıştır. Araştırma alanlarından en çok İşletme Yönetimi 132 ile birinci sırada kendine yer bulurken bu iki konuda en çok araştırma yapan akademisyen ise Quenn Mary University of London’dan profesör Gary Shcwarz’dır. Gerçekleştirilen bu bibliyometrik çalışmanın hem benzer konulardaki bibliyometrik çalışmalara ışık tutması hem de hizmetkar liderlik ve motivasyon konularında nitel ve nicel olası çalışmalara ışık tutması beklenmektedir.
