BEHAVIORS THAT DETERMINE THE REQUEST OF THE CONSUMER A SEGMENT ELECTRIC CARS AND MODELING OF THE CONSUMER'S ELECTRIC CAR DEMAND ESTIMATION

Abstract

Global climate change has pushed world leaders to seek permanent, sustainable energy production, economical consumption of energy and renewable energy. Achieving economic, social and environmental sustainability is possible by consuming energy economically. Energy management forms the basis of country management. Sustainable development goals focus on economic energy policy. Energy requires demand management in order to improve the quality of life in the country's welfare, increasing industrial production, health, access to clean water, coping with the global climate crisis, and combating the agricultural crisis. For this purpose, researchers widely use soft computing techniques such as fuzzy logic, genetic algorithm and neural networks, as well as traditional methods such as energy management, time series to meet the energy demand of the future, regression and econometrics. Support vector regression, ant colony and particle swarm optimization are new techniques adopted for energy demand prediction (Yılmaz Akdi, 2020). The aim of this study is to determine the preference behaviour of the electric automotive sector by the consumer in the transportation sector, which is thought to minimize the carbon footprint of countries due to crucible climate change, and to reveal a model that determines consumer demand forecast. The research method was qualitative, and the factors influencing demand were examined by reviewing the research of researchers who have studied the factors affecting electric vehicle demand in the literature.
