Postkardiyotomi sendromunda impella ventrikül destek cihazı kullanımı

Abstract

Postkardiyotomi sendromunda, hemodinamik stabiliteyi sağlamak için kullanımı kabul görmüş çeşitli ventriküler destek cihazları mevcuttur. Her ne kadar daha çok kardiyoloji pratiğinde kullanılsa da bu cihazlardan birisi de İmpella ventriküler destek cihazıdır. Özellikle post operatif erken dönemde postkardiyotomi sendromu gelişen hastalarda yüksek heparinizasyon gerektirmemesi bu cihazın en önemli avantajı ve tercih sebebidir. Bu makalede, erken post operatif dönemde İmpella ventriküler destek cihazı kullanılan postkardiyotomi sendromlu bir hasta sunulmaktadır.

Use of impella recover device in postcardiotomy syndrome

Abstract

Several ventricular assist devices which are agreed to obtain hemodynamic stability in postcardiotomy syndrome are exist. One of such devices is Impella Recover System which is even mostly using in cardiology pratics. Unnecceseraty of heparinization is the most important advantage and cause of choice of this device, especially in patient with postcardiotomy syndrome in early post operative period. In this report we present a patient with postcardiotomy syndrome in early post operative period in whom we used Impella Recover System.
