Orgasm during sleep: Bupropione induced seizure

Abstract

It is known that bupropion is associated with epileptic seizure but seizures are rarely seen with the slow released form of the drug. To this day, case reports show that the generalized tonic clonic form is the form of epilepsy usually seen in bupropion associated epilepsy. Here, we present a case of ictal orgasm associated with bupropion.

Öz

Bupropionun epiletik nöbet ile ilişkili olduğu bilinmektedir, fakat ilacın yavaş salınımlı formuna bağlı nöbet nadir görülmektedir, şu ana kadar bupropiyon kullanımı sırasında epilepsi geliştiği bildirilen olgular çoğunlukla jeneralize tonik klonik formdadır. Biz burada bupropiona bağlı iktal orgazm gelişen bir olgu sunmaktayız.
