Bir devlet hastanesinde görev yapan hemşirelerin çalışan yaşam kalitesi düzeylerinin ve etkileyen faktörlerin incelenmesi

Abstract

GİRİŞ ve AMAÇ: Çalışmanın amacı, hemşirelerde çalışan yaşam kalitesini oluşturan ikincil travma stresi, tükenmişlik ve mesleki tatmin düzeyleri ile etkileyen faktörleri belirlemektir.YÖNTEM ve GEREÇLER: Araştırma tanımlayıcı bir çalışmadır. Çalışmaya bir devlet hastanesinde çalışan 218 hemşire alınmıştır. Çalışmada hemşirelere, “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” ve “Çalışanlar için Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği” uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde bağımlı-bağımsız değişkenlerin karşılaştırılmasında t testi, One-Way ANOVA, Mann-Whitney U ve Kruskall-Wallis Varyans analizi kullanılmıştır. Varyans analizi anlamlı olduğunda farkın belirlenmesinde Bonferroni düzeltmeli t testi kullanılmıştır. BULGULAR: Çalışmaya katılan hemşirelerin yaş, cinsiyet, medeni durum, eğitim düzeyi, haftalık çalışma süresi ve beslenme durumu ile yaşam kalitesi arasındaki fark anlamlı bulunmamıştır (p>0.05). Çalışılan birime göre yaşam kalitesine bakıldığında mesleki tatmin ameliyathanelerde en yüksek, yoğun bakımlarda en düşük; tükenmişlik cerrahi birimlerde en yüksek, yoğun bakımlarda en düşük; ikincil travma stresi acillerde en yüksek, dahili birimlerde en düşük bulunmasına rağmen sonuçlar istatiksel olarak anlamlı saptanmamıştır. Investigation of professional quality of life and affecting factors of nurses who are working in a state hospital

Abstract

INTRODUCTION: The purpose of this study was to determine secondary traumatic stress, burnout and compassion satisfaction which forms the professional quality of life of nurses and affecting factors. METHODS: This study was a descriptive study. 218 nurses working in a public hospital were taken for the study. In the study, “Personal Information Form” and “Professional Quality of Life Scale” were implemented to the nurses. In the data analysis t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis ANOVA were used for the comparison of dependent-independent variables. A Bonferroni correction t test was used while determining the difference of meaningful analysis of variance.RESULTS: Results: Differences between age, sex, marital status, education level, the weekly working time and the nutritional status and quality of life of nurses participating in the study were not significant (p> 0.05). Although compassion satisfaction was the highest in the operating rooms and the lowest in the intensive care units; burnout was the highest in the emergency units and the lowest in the intensive care units; secondary traumatic stress was the highest in the emergency rooms and the lowest in the internal units according to the working units the results weren’t statistically significant.
