Abstract

GİRİŞ ve AMAÇ: Bu araştırma pediatri hemşirelerinin rol ve fonksiyonlarını uygulama durumlarının belirlenmesi amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak yürütülmüştür.YÖNTEM ve GEREÇLER: Araştırma 118 pediatri hemşiresi ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırma verileri “Pediatri Hemşirelerine Yönelik Tanımlayıcı Bilgiler Formu” ve “Pediatri Hemşirelerinin Rolleri ve Fonksiyonları Ölçeği” ile toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler tanımlayıcı testler, tek yönlü varyans analizi ve independent samples t test uygulanarak değerlendirilmiştir.BULGULAR: Pediatri hemşirelerinin çalıştığı birim ile “Pediatri Hemşirelerinin Rolleri ve Fonksiyonları Ölçeği” nin alt boyutları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki vardır(p

INTRODUCTION: This descriptive-type study was conducted to determine implementation status of pediatric nurses’ roles and functions METHODS: The study sample consisted of 118 pediatric nurses.
