Gilles De La Tourette sendromlu hastaya anestezik yaklaşım ve erken dönem postoperatif deliryum
Abstract
Gilles de la Tourette Sendromu (GTS) motor ve vokal tiklerle karakterize kronik nöropsikiyatrik bir bozukluktur. Motor tiklerin kontrolü peroperatif dönemde cerrahi strese ve anksiyete bozukluğuna bağlı olarak zorlaşabilir. Deliryum bilinç, algı, düşünce ve uyku-uyanıklık döngüsünü değiştiren, fonksiyonel ve kognitif kapasiteyi azaltan karmaşık nöropsikiyatrik bir bozukluktur. Genel anestezi sonrası riskli hastalarda bilinç ve serebral fonksiyonlarda bozulma sonucu oluşabilir. Deliryumun tanı ve tedavisi güç olmakla birlikte, tedavide en sık kullanılan ajanlardan birisi haloperidoldur. Postoperatif deliryum gelişen GTS hastasının anestezik yaklaşımı ve başarılı tedavisi sunulmuştur.
