Mental retarded girl with hair-thread tourniquet syndrome

Abstract

Hair-thread tourniquet syndrome is a rare clinical situation that is more common in infancy group. It is important that early identification and diagnosis of this situation for prevention of loss of related limb. In this case, a mental retarded 5-year-old girl presented with a hair-thread tourniquet syndrome in her toe.

Mental retarde kız çocuğunda saç-iplik turnike sendromu

Öz

Saç-iplik sendromu bebek yaş grubunda daha çok görülen nadir bir klinik durumdur. İlgili uzvun kaybının önlenmesi açısından bu tablonun erken tanı ve teşhisi önemlidir. Bu olguda, 5 yaşında mental retarde bir kız çocuğunda ayak parmağında gelişen saç-iplik turnike sendromu sunulmuştur.
